DRE&M Terms of Service

Effective: August 8, 2026

These Terms govern the free DRE&M service (the “Service”) provided by FCI Inc. (Factory of Creative Imagination, the “Company”) and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.

Article 1 (Service)

The Service is available without registration and provides habit-record creation and management, a Feed, statistics, Google Drive backup and restore, and sharing to social media as images.

Article 2 (Storage)

  1. Habit records, text, and photos are generally stored on the user’s device.
  2. Users should back up needed data against app deletion, device loss, failure or reset, and operating-system changes.
  3. Articles 3 and 4 apply to Feed uploads and Drive backup and restore.

Article 3 (Feed)

  1. Entering a habit record uploads its text, photos, nickname, App ID, creation time, and necessary Feed information to Firebase.
  2. Beginning the following day, it is visible to all users or a selected group according to the user’s settings or selection.
  3. It is automatically deleted 30 days after disclosure begins. Earlier user deletion immediately deletes it from Firebase. Deleted information cannot be recovered.
  4. Users can view their App ID in the app and, for privacy requests, verify it as separately instructed by the Company.
  5. Losing the App ID after app deletion or device replacement may prevent management of old posts; a Drive backup may restore the prior ID.

Article 4 (Google Drive)

  1. Backup or restore runs only when the user signs into Google and presses the relevant button.
  2. Drive access is limited to the DRE&M folder created by the app and its files.
  3. Data moves directly between the device and Drive without passing through Company servers; the Company does not store or view it.
  4. A backup may include the App ID, records, text, and photos, but not Firebase Feed data itself.
  5. Files are not separately encrypted. Users must protect their Google account and files, to which Google’s terms apply.

Article 5 (Advertising)

The Service is free and may display advertising through Google AdMob.

Article 6 (Social sharing)

  1. Users may share records as images through external services.
  2. The external service’s terms apply after sharing.
  3. Users must not infringe privacy, copyright, portrait, or other rights.

Article 7 (User obligations)

Users must not misuse another person’s data or App ID; post illegal, obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, insulting, advertising, spam, or fraudulent content; infringe rights; disrupt the Service; or violate law.

Article 8 (Content rights and disclosure)

  1. Lawful rights in user-created content remain with the user.
  2. For the disclosure period, the user grants the Company a non-exclusive license necessary to store, copy, transmit, and display Feed content to operate the Feed.
  3. Users understand that Feed content is visible to the selected audience.

Article 9 (Content management)

The Company may delete or limit content or Service access where it reasonably believes Article 7 or another person’s rights have been violated.

Article 10 (Changes and suspension)

The Company may change or suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons or changes to an external service. Material effects will be announced in advance where practicable or afterward in urgent or unforeseeable cases.

Article 11 (Limitation of liability)

  1. The Company strives to provide a stable Service.
  2. Where the Company is not at fault, it is not liable for loss caused by device failure, loss or reset, app deletion, user mismanagement, communications failure, or failures of Drive, Firebase, social media, or other external services.
  3. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

Article 12 (Privacy)

Personal information is handled under the DRE&M Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms for legal or service changes and will announce the effective date and major changes in the app or on its website.

Article 14 (Law and disputes)

Korean law governs. The parties will seek an amicable resolution; otherwise jurisdiction follows applicable law.
