ROHD Privacy Policy
FCI Inc. (Factory of Creative Imagination, “Company”) values the privacy of users of ROHD (Record Of One Hundred Days, “Service”). This Policy explains the information handled when using the Service, its purposes, retention and deletion, and how users may exercise their rights.
1. Personal Information We Handle
The Service can be used without a separate membership registration. Information may be stored on the device or processed by external services as necessary to provide the Service.

If a photo or record contains another person’s face, name, contact details, or other personal information, the user must have the right and any required consent to register it in the Service.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Creating and managing projects, storing photos and records, and showing 100-day progress
- Creating calendars, mosaics, videos, and supporting saving or sharing results
- Providing Google Drive backup and restore when selected by the user
- Processing videos requested by the user
- Service stability, troubleshooting, security, and prevention of misuse
- Providing non-personalized ads and aggregated advertising measurement
- Improving the Service and responding to inquiries
3. Storage and Retention
- Projects, records, photos, generated results, and settings are generally stored on the user’s device.
- When the user chooses Google Drive backup, backup data is stored in the user’s Google Drive and is subject to Google’s policies and the user’s management of Drive.
- Temporary photo files sent to Firebase and generated video files are all deleted after video processing is complete.
- Device data may remain until the user deletes it through the app or deletes the app data or app.
- Information required to be retained by law is kept for the legally required period and then deleted.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties in principle. Information may be processed within the relevant scope when the user chooses Google Drive backup or video creation, or when disclosure is required by law.
5. Processing by External Services

Google’s Privacy Policy and the policies of each service apply to their processing.
6. User Rights
Users may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Requests may be sent to the email address below. The Company may request identity verification where necessary.
7. Deletion
- Device data: Use the app’s project or record deletion feature, or delete the app data.
- Google Drive backups: Delete selected backups through the app’s backup management feature or directly in Google Drive.
- Firebase processing files: Temporary photos and generated videos are deleted after processing.
8. Security Measures
The Company applies reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access control, secure communications, restrictions on direct Firebase Storage access, and deletion of temporary files. However, no internet, mobile-device, or external-service environment can eliminate every risk.
9. Children and Minors
The Service does not separately verify the user’s age. Where consent of a legal representative is required by applicable law, a minor must obtain that consent.
